Discreet Packaging

All NOCTRA orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no brand name, logo or product description on the outside of the parcel. The sender name on the label is neutral and does not reference NOCTRA or the nature of the contents.

Your privacy is not an afterthought. It is part of the service.

Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NOCTRA purchase. If something is not right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or removed from their original packaging. Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return — please contact us before sending anything back.
